CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
The Open Communication sessions during PAMA’s annual Symposium on Medical Problems of Musicians & Dancers held in Aspen, Colorado are periods when attendees can share their research and/or their experiences with colleagues. A committee reviews abstracts for purposeful research, outcomes of value to the audience, and innovative approaches to caring for performing artists.
Accepted abstracts will be offered a 10-minute live presentation as part of the program schedule or invited to present a poster that will be available for a day. Authors are asked to narrow their focus to present the key points and not the full range of one’s work. The author should keep in mind the learning objective of his paper. It is possible to request a longer time if sufficient reason can be provided.
SUBMISSIONS
1. Submissions will be made by October 30, preferably by e-mail.
2.Guidelines and policies will be followed, including:
- the purpose of a paper is to educate attendees; no commercial interests are permitted.
